Don't take your children to a dental school.

My mother was obsessed with taking me to doctors.  One day she bought me to the dental school in Philadelphia. I had no tooth aches. I brushed my teeth every morning and every night. They taught students there, so many students came in and practiced on my teeth. They drilled out the good pulp and filled all of my molars with mercury. I was eight years old and didn’t know any better.  My mother left me there all day. When all the molars were filled the teacher decided to let them practice taking a nerve out. Each time I went I had different students come to screw the screw in my gum and push it up and down in my gum. After many days of that, I got traumatized. When the next student came in, I held on to the chair real tight. My mouth was held open with some apparatus with grey rubber attached to metal. I wasn’t able to talk. I looked at him and thought please stop this. Don’t do this again. He talked to the teacher and refused to do it. They argued and went out of the horror room. They came back and the student took the apparatus off my mouth and took me to the cafeteria. Gave me a coke. I didn’t want it. I couldn’t understand why a dentist was giving me soda. We waited and waited for my mother to come and finally she came, at 6pm. He talked to her and we left. She then took me to a dentist. He looked at my teeth and said, you could not have had that many cavities. Who did this to you? I told him the dental school. He said: “oh my God. Don’t go back there.

The tooth they took the nerve out turned black. I had to get it pulled out. My gum changed and now my front tooth sticks out. Eventually the mercury gets loose and when I bite it can break the tooth.
Don't leave your child there alone if you have to go to one.  I didn't have any cavities but they filled every tooth so they could learn.


Scientific studies have shown that stress weakens the immune system. Try some relaxation techniques, such as yoga, meditation, and reiki to help deal with stress. Try walking to reduce stress.Walking in nature is very calming. Moderate exercise like swimming, can move the stress out of your body. Eat three balanced meals daily. Eat healthy snacks like an apple,banana, or cherries every day. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and sugar.Get the proper sleep, 7 to 9 hours. read a book or listen to calm music before going to sleep. Avoid tv. There is too much violence and noise, which will keep you awake longer.

Full Moon

June 17 is Full Moon, and a very powerful time to meditate. Try using the full moon's power to set an intention for the month.

I hope that you are enjoying the time spent with your children. The love and respect you give to your children, will come back to you also. Being a father is a wonderful journey, and you become a role model for your children. How special is that. June 16 is father's day so I wish all Dad's have a wonderful Day!

Did you know that cats purrs can heal

Petting a purring cat can calm your nerves. Purring vibrations are within a range of 20 to 140 HZ which is known to be medically therapeutic for many illnesses. Petting a purring cat can reduce stress. Angels don't always have wings. Sometimes they have whiskers.

Lower your Insulin Levels naturally.

Add cinnamon to your drinks and food. Cinnamon has antioxidants and it lowers insulin levels. Sugar is found in many foods, especially processed foods, read the labels. There are many types of sugar, like honey, fructose, corn syrup, and agave. Insulin raises your blood pressure and pressure in the eyes. If you are prone to glaucoma raised insulin will bring on an attack. Bread and any flour can clog the eyes when you are prone to glaucoma or cataracts.
Exercise, take a walk near nature, if possible. Eat vegetables, Spinach and egg yolks have zeaxanthin,which is good for the eyes. When cooked it destroys it. Sunny side up eggs will still have some zeaxanthin. Eliminating sugar and flour will give you a healthier life. I know it is hard but every little bit you accomplish will help. TV ads push these things on us. Stay strong, and live a healthier and happier life.

Worm Moon

March 21 Full Moon is called Worm Moon
As temperatures warm, earthworms begin to appear and birds begin finding food.
This year's Worm Moon will also be the third super moon of 2019, appearing 30 percent brighter and 14 percent bigger to the human eye.

This combination of the Moon's closest approach to Earth and the Moon reaching its moment of greatest illumination together not only creates a Supermoon, but one that's maximally bright as seen from Earth.
From the Americas, the biggest, brightest moments will come before dawn early Tuesday morning;for Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, the best views will be after sunset on Tuesday night. If you're only going to see the Moon once this year, this is the ultimate time to do it. Next supermoon will be in 7 years 2026
